Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Every order ships UPS 2nd Day Air — one carrier, one service, no slower option to pick from. UPS guarantees 2 business days in transit. Canadian orders ship UPS Worldwide Expedited.
Transit time is counted from when the parcel leaves our facility, and is separate from the processing time above. A guaranteed 2-day transit is not a promise that your order arrives 2 days after you place it.
We ship via tracked courier services to ensure your research materials arrive safely. All packages include:
- Temperature-controlled packaging with insulated materials and cold packs where necessary
- Tracking number provided via email once your order ships
- Discrete packaging with no external indication of contents
- Secure sealing to prevent damage during transit
Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and Canada only. Checkout does not accept a delivery address in any other country.

Alaska and Hawaii pay the same $17.99 as the lower 48 — those labels cost us more, and we absorb the difference rather than run a separate price.
Shipping Costs
US orders with a subtotal of $250 or more (after any discount) ship free. Canadian orders are charged the flat $19.88 regardless of order size. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check our shop page for current offers.
Canadian transit times may vary with customs processing, which is outside the carrier's guarantee.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and any photos of the issue. We will review it and make it right.
Canadian orders cross a border, and Canadian customers are responsible for compliance with their own local import laws. We cannot guarantee customs clearance and do not reship orders that are seized by customs.
