This blend combines TB-500, a synthetic fragment corresponding to the active region of Thymosin Beta-4, with BPC-157, a pentadecapeptide sequence derived from a protein found in gastric juice, and Cartalax, a short synthetic peptide bioregulator studied in connective and cartilage tissue research. TB-500 has been investigated for actin sequestration and its role in cell migration and angiogenesis, and BPC-157 for angiogenic signalling and tissue repair in preclinical models. The three are studied together where research addresses soft tissue and connective tissue in the same preparation.
